Whether you’re seeking a light bite to recharge or a scenic spot to enjoy a refreshing drink, Kifune Club proves to be a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

One of the cafe's standout dishes is the Shishi Niku Don (Wild Boar Rice Bowl), priced at ¥1,950, a seasonally inspired dish that encapsulates the comfort of autumn and winter flavors. Chanced upon this place when I initially wanted to try Nagashi somen at another place which was really crowded. This is a good alternative to enjoy some light bites and the cascading river. I ordered the white miso cheesecake ¥850 and iced match latte ¥800 + matcha ice cream (+¥200). If you would like to sit at the river, you’ll need to pay an additional charge of ¥650 for the river side seats. Otherwise, you can sit in the cafe (no view of river) but I think it’s worth it for the experience.

Most affordable option in this pricey area! You’d pay about 1400 yen for a great portion of matcha ice cream that comes with glutinous balls, cereal, warabimochi, etc… they also serve delicious local beer a must if you’re into beer (sui gen). Service was welcoming and friendly. They accept major credit cards

It's an absolutely fantastic little place. Very snug and comfortable. We had an amazing Boar Curry and a very interesting sweet bean soup dessert Oh, and definitely get the Melon Soda Vanilla Ice Cream Floater. It was fabulous Don't really understand the negative reviews. Nothing of the sort happened to us, and we had a great time

Wonderful presentation of food. A bit of a wait (orders are taken very slowly). They have nice seating available near the river which is super nice and relaxing. Not sure if the desserts here are worth it, though. You can get this anywhere, so I guess most of the money spent here were for the views.

Nice little place to rest your feet, but min order is an item per person
